Straight answers, before you apply.
If something you need is missing here, ask us directly — we would rather answer than have you guess.
We advise founders across five stages, in sequence: structure, credit, capital, tax and scale. That means entity and ownership structure, building a business credit profile, preparing the business for capital conversations, keeping tax consequences in view alongside your tax professional, and installing the systems that let growth compound.
Build is for founders starting out, or whose foundation was never properly set — structure, business credit and readiness established in the right order. Scale is for businesses already generating revenue where the next stage is limited by structure rather than effort.
No. Scale House is an advisory and preparation firm only. We do not lend, arrange, broker or place capital, we do not provide investment advice or recommendations, and we are not a law firm, accounting practice or tax practice. Where a question belongs with a licensed professional, we will say so.
No. We prepare a business so that it can approach lenders, partners and investors credibly. We do not guarantee funding, credit, approvals or any financial outcome, and any decision rests entirely with the third party you approach.
No. Outcomes depend on execution, timing, market conditions and decisions made by others. What we commit to is honest assessment, a plan in writing, and work in the correct order.
Founders who want the foundation done properly, are willing to be candid about the current position, and can commit to the sequence rather than jumping straight to the part they want. Fit matters more to us than size or sector.
No. We work alongside them. Where you do not yet have them in place, part of the work is making sure the right professionals are involved at the right stage.
Fees depend entirely on the track, the scope of work and the complexity of the business, and are always confirmed in writing before any work begins. We do not publish a fixed price list, because quoting a number before an assessment would mean quoting for work we have not yet defined. The application asks for an indicative budget so that anything we propose is realistic for you.
Your application is read before anything is proposed. If there is a genuine fit, we make contact to arrange a conversation. If there is not, we will tell you plainly.
Application information is used to assess advisory fit and is shared only with the advisers involved in that assessment. See the Privacy Policy for details.
